Information from Third-Party Authentication
We may allow You to create an account and log in through third-party providers (such as Google). Sub-processors
To operate the Service, we share limited data with the following categories of sub-processors. Your Prompt Data may be transmitted to these providers to fulfill Your generation requests:
- AI model providers — e.g. OpenAI (language models), ElevenLabs (voice synthesis), and fal.ai (video/image model inference). Your prompts and derived inputs are sent to these providers to produce outputs.
- Object storage — Cloudflare R2 stores generated artifacts and renders. Access is controlled by signed URLs.
- Authentication — Third-party identity providers (e.g. Google) for social sign-in.
- Payments — Stripe processes subscriptions and billing. Stripe stores Your payment method; we receive only tokenized references and billing metadata.
- Infrastructure and analytics — Hosting, error monitoring, and analytics providers that help us operate and secure the Service.
Each sub-processor is bound by its own terms and privacy commitments. We select providers that offer appropriate security and data-handling practices.
Safety, Abuse Review, and Law Enforcement
To keep the Service safe and legal, prompts and outputs may be reviewed by automated systems and, where appropriate, by our staff. Content that matches or resembles prohibited categories (such as NSFW, CSAM, illegal content, or real-person likeness) is flagged in our system and may be retained for longer periods for security, enforcement, and legal-compliance purposes. We may disclose flagged content, account information, and related logs to law enforcement or other authorities where we reasonably believe disclosure is required by law or necessary to prevent imminent harm. See our Terms of Service for details.
